Battery Pack Thermal Management Design
Air Cooling
The multi-channel heat dissipation design between cells in the air-cooled battery pack significantly improves temperature control. Its thermal management performance is comparable to liquid cooling, while allowing easier subsequent maintenance and management.
Liquid Cooling
The liquid-cooled battery pack features an S-shaped, large-area liquid-cooling design. Large-area liquid cooling on both sides of the battery pack enables efficient heat dissipation, increasing cooling coverage by 70%. The internal dual S-shaped flow-channel design improves temperature uniformity by 50%. Each cell has a contact area of more than 170 cm² with the cooling plate.
1. Small temperature difference between the top and bottom of each cell.

2. Small temperature variation among cells across the entire battery-pack cluster.

3. Prevents condensation issues.

The battery pack adopts a Cell-to-Pack (CTP) design, increasing space utilization by 10% and reducing hardware costs by 15%.
Thermal Field Simulation
Air Cooling
Liquid Cooling
Professional thermal field design and simulation enable “uniform temperature” thermal management. It addresses the differences in heat dissipation performance caused by physical position variations inside the battery cabinet, extending battery lifespan and improving energy storage capacity utilization.

Advanced air cooling control technology:

1. Professional thermal simulation design is applied to solve heat dissipation differences caused by physical position variations inside the battery cabinet, achieving a temperature difference of less than 5°C within the battery cabinet and less than 3°C within the battery PACK.
2. Distributed air-conditioning thermal management technology combined with real-time BMS temperature balancing technology.

In the thermal field simulation of liquid-cooled PACKs and battery clusters, a single PACK is charged at 0.5C. After reaching full charge, it is discharged at 0.5C with 100% DOD. At the end of the charge and discharge process, the maximum temperature difference among individual cells is less than 1.5°C.

A single battery cluster undergoes charging and discharging at rated power with 100% DOD. At the end of the charge and discharge process, the maximum temperature difference among individual cells within the cluster is less than 2°C.
